General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and Customer Information

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and contracts concluded via the online shop of Giorgi Rossi GmbH.

The offer is directed at customers worldwide. For consumers domiciled in Switzerland, Swiss law shall primarily apply. For customers residing abroad, mandatory consumer protection regulations of the respective country of residence remain unaffected.

A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.

Orders in quantities not customary for household use may be rejected without stating reasons.

Giorgi Rossi GmbH reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.

2. Information on the Website

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

All product information (images, dimensions, weights, descriptions, videos, technical data) is provided for illustrative purposes only and is non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise.

Giorgi Rossi GmbH endeavors to ensure accuracy and timeliness but does not guarantee completeness, availability, or error-free content.

3. Prices

All prices are final prices and, unless otherwise stated, are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Prices include statutory value-added tax and any applicable statutory charges. For international deliveries, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and must be borne by the customer.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.

Price changes, errors, and technical modifications are reserved.

4. Conclusion of Contract

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

Receipt of the order is confirmed automatically by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the contract.

The contract is concluded once Giorgi Rossi GmbH confirms dispatch of the goods or provision of the service by email.

Orders are generally processed only after full payment has been received, unless another payment method has been agreed upon.

If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded.

5. Payment Methods and Retention of Title

The payment methods offered during the checkout process are available.

Giorgi Rossi GmbH reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods or require advance payment.

In the event of late payment, default interest of up to 5% per annum and reminder fees may be charged.

Goods remain the property of Giorgi Rossi GmbH until full payment has been received.

6. Delivery and Shipping Conditions

Switzerland
Shipping within Switzerland is free of charge.

International & EU
Shipping is carried out depending on the destination country via Swiss Post or an equivalent shipping service provider. Any applicable shipping costs are transparently displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

International Delivery Notices
For deliveries outside Switzerland, additional country-specific charges may apply, including import duties, customs clearance fees, and import VAT. These costs are not charged by Giorgi Rossi GmbH and must be borne by the customer.

The amount of such charges depends on the legal regulations of the destination country. Customers are advised to contact their local customs authorities prior to ordering.

Collection of goods is not possible. Delivery times may be extended, particularly for international shipments due to customs clearance procedures.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing in Switzerland are granted a voluntary right of withdrawal of 7 calendar days from receipt of the goods.

The withdrawal must be declared in writing (email or letter).

Returns are made at the customer’s expense and risk.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:

  • customized or made-to-order products

  • sealed goods for hygiene reasons

  • digital content once execution has begun

  • services that have been fully performed

For customers residing in the EU, mandatory statutory withdrawal rights under EU law (14 days) additionally apply.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty period of two years from delivery applies.

Giorgi Rossi GmbH may choose between repair, replacement, or refund.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper handling, or consumable items.

9. Liability

Liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

In particular, liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, and loss of profit is excluded.

Mandatory statutory liability claims remain unaffected.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy, which is available in the online shop.

11. Severability Clause

If individual provisions of these GTC are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss substantive law shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, or the consumer’s place of residence where legally required.
