Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy – Giorgi Rossi (as of 2026)

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Giorgi Rossi. Below you will find the applicable terms and conditions regarding returns and withdrawals.

1. Returns within Switzerland

Withdrawal Period
Customers with a delivery address in Switzerland have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 7 calendar days after receipt of the goods.

The withdrawal period is deemed met if the withdrawal is submitted in writing by email or letter within the stated period.

Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:

  • be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • have all original tags and price labels attached

  • be returned in the original packaging or an equivalent, secure shipping package

Items that do not meet these conditions may be excluded from return or only partially refunded.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer bears the cost of return shipping within Switzerland.
We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method, as the shipping risk remains with the customer.

2. Returns Outside Switzerland (International)

For orders with a delivery address outside Switzerland, no right of withdrawal or return is granted.

Returns and refunds for international orders are excluded.
International customers are advised to carefully review the product descriptions before placing an order.

3. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the properly returned goods, the refund will be processed:

  • using the same payment method originally used for the purchase

  • within a maximum of 14 business days after receipt of the goods or provision of proof of shipment

Deductions
Giorgi Rossi reserves the right to refuse or reasonably reduce a refund if:

  • the item is damaged or shows signs of wear

  • tags, packaging, or accessories are missing

  • a loss in value has occurred due to improper handling

4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal or return does not apply in particular to:

  • items that are damaged, worn, or washed

  • returns made after the 7-day withdrawal period

  • personalized items or products made to order

Preparation of the Return
Ensure that the item complies with the return conditions.

Return Address
The return address will be provided after your return request has been registered.

Return Shipment
Send the item back within the specified period and at your own expense to the provided address.

6. Additional Notes

  • Giorgi Rossi assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • Processing returns may take several business days.

  • Exchanges are excluded; refunds are issued exclusively in accordance with these conditions.
