Shipping Costs

Switzerland
Shipping within Switzerland is free of charge.

International & EU
International shipping is carried out depending on the destination country via Swiss Post or an equivalent shipping service provider.
Any applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.

International Deliveries & Customs Duties

For deliveries outside Switzerland, additional country-specific charges may apply, including but not limited to:

  • import duties

  • customs clearance and handling fees

  • import VAT or sales tax of the destination country

These charges are not collected or invoiced by Giorgi Rossi GmbH and must be paid directly by the customer to the responsible authorities or service providers.

The amount of such charges is determined by the legal regulations of the respective destination country. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information prior to placing an order.

Delivery Times

All stated delivery times are non-binding, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
For international shipments, delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures, over which Giorgi Rossi GmbH has no control.

Additional Notes

  • Collection of goods on site is not possible.

  • Partial deliveries remain reserved, provided this is reasonable for the customer.
